Will the number
of administrators and users be limited?
The number of people accessing the
system (users and administrators)
is based off the number of user licenses
the client has purchased within a
given contract term.
How much content
can I keep in the system? Is there
a limit? Does it keep archives/records
for me?
MyKnowIt does not limit the amount
of content you can post related to
training initiatives, eLearning course
content, or company communications.
Do my course
materials have to be in a certain
format? What file types are supported?
If the user can open the file on
their computer then you can post
the content on MyKnowIt.
Does MyKnowIt
offer technical support?
MyKnowIt offers technical support
through email, live online chat,
phone, and online reference materials.
How will we
learn to use the system upon delivery?
MyKnowIt is a very intuitive system,
but there are also several methods

What type of
security does MyKnowIt provide?
MyKnowIt uses the most advanced
Internet security today to ensure
the security of customer information.
Whenever a user accesses A MyKnowIt
system, a secure HTTP connection
is established leveraging Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
This technology enables MyKnowIt
to ensure that customer information
is safe, secure, and only available
to registered users.
All MyKnowIt users have a unique
user name and password that is
enforced with strict rules including
password length, reuse, etc. Additionally,
since there are a limited number
of users entering company data,
typically system administrators,
MyKnowIt offers an optional feature
to lock their access to specific
IP addresses.
The MyKnowIt hosted environment
is secured at a telco-grade hosting
facility that includes both electronic
and physical security, from firewalls
to guards, to prevent access from
intruders.
If I cancel
the service, what happens to my
data?
At any time the reporting engine
can be used to extract data into
Microsoft Excel. Posted files can
be downloaded.
What equipment/hardware
will my organization need to run
MyKnowIt?
MyKnowIt is completely web based.
You will not need to purchase any
equipment to operate MyKnowIt.
All you and your employees need
a computer and an internet connection.
Will I have
to upgrade any services like my
ISP?
MyKnowIt will operate on any internet
connection speed. Dial-up internet
users may experience long download
times for any multi-media content
you add to the system.
