What are the administrative features? (How does the customer manage the system?)
MyKnowIt is managed through web based administration tools. Site administrators have complete power to operate and update the system.

How are the courses built and presented to the user?
The MyKnowIt administration tools include an intuitive step-by-step method of creating interactive courses with the ability to include unlimited multi-media content, prerequisites and testing capabilities. All presented in a user-friendly format the tracks the learner’s actions and results.

Does the system help me create/proctor tests?
MyKnowIt contains a powerful test generator that allows administrators to create tests that contain questions in the form of true/false, multiple choice, multiple answer, or essay.

How can I reduce cheating?
The MyKnowIt Test Generator has a unique method for organizing categories of questions. The generator will randomly pull designated percentages of questions from each category. The test generator can also randomize the answers of each question, furthering the inability to memorize or cheat on the test.

What kind of reports can I produce?
MyKnowIt contains a reporting center capable of customizing reports for user activities, courses information, user groups, and user progress. These reports can be printed and exported into Microsoft Export format for further manipulation.

How will this product improve my training program?

How does eLearning differ from “face to face training?”
eLearning is not designed to take the place of face to face training. It merely augments it. More companies are choosing to utilize both methods of training for their organizations. Face to face training is useful for those times where human interaction is important, such as observation of skills. eLearning can be very helpful with information that must go out in a timely manner, plus, it gives the users the ability to do things at their own pace as some individuals need more time on complex subjects. Of course, eLearning is also very cost effective.
